Swisscave staff is nice and available to speak over the phone and this was definetly a plus when ordering my wine cooler. I was also convinced by what I read on the internet site about their experience in storing wine bottles and was happy to have found a competitively priced product with Swiss quality. Receiving the wine cooler I was surprised to find the shelves were optimized only for bordeaux bottles. Overall the wine cooler is nice and relatively quiet. My sugestion to Swisscave is to make sure clients know there is a possibility to have a mixed configuration with burgundy shelves as I am sure the majority of wine lovers need to store different bottle formats.
