Transport damage

In order to claim transport damage, the fully completed form, including photos, must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery!

Electrical problem

For example:

• Total failure: no light, no display, no noise
• Display defective or partially defective
• Light does not come on

Cooling problem

For example:

• No cooling (display & lighting still work)
• Decreased cooling
• Too much cooling (icing/freezing of bottles)

Mechanical problem

For example:

• Device/door crooked
• Pull-out shelf jammed or defective
• Uncommon noises
