Transport damage
In order to claim transport damage, the fully completed form, including photos, must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery!

Electrical problem
For example:
- Total failure: no light, no display, no noise
- Display defective or partially defective
- Light does not come on
Cooling problem
For example:
- No cooling (display & lighting still work)
- Decreased cooling
- Too much cooling (icing/freezing of bottles)
Mechanical problem
For example:
- Device/door crooked
- Pull-out shelf jammed or defective
- Uncommon noises
