After the glass door was defective on the first delivery, a replacement unit was delivered within two days. Very good delivery service and support by Swisscave. With the Italian bottle sizes and the German Risling bottles, we still have some trouble sorting. They are "misshapen" and take away a lot of space. Therefore I strongly recommend to purchase the largest possible cabinet. I am currently very satisfied and would order again from Swisscave.

The wine fridge is really good, but the humidification management (option) leaves much to be desired. Constantly oxidized, the cones break off though only filled with distilled water. This is well-intentioned at origin, but not really mature. Answer SWISSCAVE: It is true that the contacts of the old water drawers (version 3, before 2016) oxidized over time, which is why we provide our customers with new drawers free of charge. We revised the humidification system in 2016 and have since been supplying version 4, which fixes this.

I have bought the humidor few months ago and let me tell you it is crazy. It is working like a Swiss clock. The temperature and the humidity are regulated and checked every few minutes. The ceder wood from inside is top quality, and the best part is the big space. You can put 3 desktop humidors (don't do that;), few 25 robust boxes and on top of that few hundred cigars, that's how BIG it is. The online info-service, was really qualified, informed and kind. Shipment went smooth, couldn't be more happier :)

I can only give positive feedback: The wine cabinet works very well, the set temperatures are kept well. Especially during the current heat wave, we appreciate very much, to be able to enjoy a good tempered wine. Especially with red wine the difference is astonishing compared to the "room temperature". For white wine, of course, the difference to the cooled in the conventional refrigerator wine is not quite so big.

Swisscave staff is nice and available to speak over the phone and this was definetly a plus when ordering my wine cooler. I was also convinced by what I read on the internet site about their experience in storing wine bottles and was happy to have found a competitively priced product with Swiss quality. Receiving the wine cooler I was surprised to find the shelves were optimized only for bordeaux bottles. Overall the wine cooler is nice and relatively quiet. My sugestion to Swisscave is to make sure clients know there is a possibility to have a mixed configuration with burgundy shelves as I am sure the majority of wine lovers need to store different bottle formats.

WL440DF has just everything I need. Two climate zones for the White and reds, lots of shelves which makes it easy to find the right bottle without having to move other bottles to get it, low in noise and low in use of energy. Together with a great design and the experience of good quality I think WL440DF is super. Swisscave has been very professional and responsible during the whole process.

Well, I'm really excited about the Swisscave climate cabinets. They work flawlessly, and I have heeded many of your tips from your homepage and our phone calls. Delivery and also the service afterwards, for example when I discovered a wrong power plug on one of the devices, was really very good. Thanks a lot for this. Only the adjustment of the feet until the cabinets were in Libra, was tedious and complicated, because the taverns are in a niche next to each other. So I always had to prefer each cabinet new and adjust the screws on the feet and push back and check, etc. With patience, but I've made it. That's why I have so far told many acquaintances, but also customers of mine, about Swisscave.
